Mrs. Shivani Sheikh is a accomplished executive with over 28 years of experience in the electrical industry. As the Managing Director of Rajputana Industries, she plays a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening supply chain systems, and ensuring smooth and effective functioning across the organization.

She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical, Honours) from Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur. With her strong technical foundation and extensive financial and strategic expertise, Mrs. Sheikh has consistently contributed to the company’s sustainable growth and long-term vision.

She is deeply committed to corporate social responsibility, ethical governance, and sustainable business practices. Mrs. Sheikh has also been instrumental in developing a highly skilled and motivated team, fostering a culture built on respect, transparency, and collective accountability. Mr. Sheikh Naseem is a visionary leader with a strong track record of driving operational excellence and strategic growth in the electrical industry. As a Director at Rajputana Industries, he brings deep technical insight and exceptional managerial expertise to the organization.

He holds an Honours degree in Engineering from Raipur Engineering College, which forms the foundation of his technical proficiency and analytical approach. Over the years, Mr. Naseem has successfully implemented lean manufacturing principles, leading to substantial cost optimization, increased efficiency, and streamlined production processes.

His leadership has been instrumental in identifying operational bottlenecks, executing impactful process improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Mr. Sudhir Garg serves as a Director at Rajputana Industries. He holds a B.Sc. in Biology from Government College, Ajmer (1976) and an M.A. in Economics with First Class distinction from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur (1978).

With over four decades of diverse professional experience across the metal and electrical sectors, he has built a strong portfolio of technical, operational, and liaison expertise. Mr. Garg began his career as Works Manager at Rajasthan Wire Products, Jaipur (1980–82), followed by five years of liaison work with the Rajasthan Electricity Board, representing companies dealing in transformers, conductors, cables, hardware, insulators, poles, and various electrical and electronic components.

He is also a SEBI-registered sub-broker since 2001 and a member of both the Jaipur Stock Exchange and the Bombay Stock Exchange, actively managing trading in stocks and securities.

Mr. Arpit Kumar Dotasra serves as an Independent Director at Rajputana Industries. He is a Gold Medalist in B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi, Jharkhand.

A member of the Bar Council of Rajasthan since August 2019, he brings around four years of professional experience spanning legal practice and political consultancy. Mr. Dotasra has previously worked as an Associate Political Consultant with Pollxperts Consulting Private Limited, where he managed Assembly Constituency operations across Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, and Rajasthan during the 2018 Assembly Elections. He also served as Parliamentary Constituency Manager for Karakat (Bihar) and Mirzapur (Uttar Pradesh) during the 2019 General Elections.

Mr. Vekas Kumar Garg serves as an Independent Director at Rajputana Industries. A qualified Company Secretary, he has been practicing since 2016 under his firm, V. K. Garg & Co. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Commerce from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Mr. Garg is also a registered valuer with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India and is enrolled with the Independent Directors Databank, with registration valid from March 25, 2020 to March 24, 2026.

Mr. Shubham Jain serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Rajputana Industries. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce—where he secured the first position in the University of Rajasthan—and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the same university. He has also completed the Infoedge Certificate of Competency in Computing conducted by NIIT Limited.

Mr. Jain has successfully cleared the Social Auditors Certification Examination conducted by the National Institute of Securities Markets. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Certificate of Practice issued by ICSI.

With extensive experience in secretarial and compliance consultancy, Mr. Jain is a Partner at G&J Associates, a practicing company secretaries firm offering comprehensive secretarial and compliance services. He also provides professional services through his sole proprietorship, CS Shubham Jain.
