Chartered Accountant

We Are Looking For An Experienced, Reliable And Task-Oriented Chartered Accountant. The ACFO Will Work Directly With CFO And Will Be Responsible For Performing Several Departmental Duties. The Ideal Candidate Is Highly Self-Motivated, Professional, And Capable Of Managing Their Workload With Team And Prioritizing Tasks In A Fast-Paced Corporate Environment.

Responsibilities:

Well Versed in Tax Compliances (GST/IT)
Well versed in Statutory Compliance (PF/ESIC/TDS)
Well versed in ROC/ROIC
Preparation of Monthly manufacturing financials.
Preparation of Monthly Management Account Schedules and reconciling same with Trial balance and other financial reporting tools.
Preparation and reconciliation of the monthly income/expenses schedules to identify income/expenses to be included in the monthly management accounts.
Updating and analysis of the monthly expenditure schedules to identify accrual and prepayments to be included in the monthly management accounts.
Performing reconciliations of selected ledger accounts on a monthly basis and ensure that cost are being recorded in right cost centers Control over GL reporting and its analysis
Design/redesign business/accounting process to achieve cost and revenue at lowest level in business and get all stakeholders agreed for same.
Handlings of large data base in excel/access and prepare reports based on complex logic.
Discussion on reported cost/issues with management or relevant people and understand the reasons thereof.
Formalize the structure for the reports and system through which data has to be analyzed
Creation of systems for automated report generation and ensuring that scheduled reports are released on time.
IT Projects Assisting the Finance Manager on IT related projects to improve the integration of the various Departmental systems with the Finance systems.

Profile:

Experience in manufacturing financial.
Experience in management reporting, preparation of financial statements.
Experience in reconciliation, variance analysis and cost analysis.
Hands on experience in working on large excel files.

Job Type: Full Time
Location: VKI, Jaipur-Rajasthan India.
Salary: 10.00 to 15.00 LPA.
Education: Chartered Accountant
Education: BCOM / M. COM / CA - Intermediate.

Marketing Executive

The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For Creating And Executing Our Marketing Strategy. You Will Lead Our Marketing Campaigns, Evaluate Our Marketing Performance Metrics, And Collaborate With Internal Teams. You Will Have A Strong Marketing Background With Excellent Communication Skills And Attention To Detail.

Responsibilities:

Develop strong working relationships with client (process owner/functional heads).
Make presentations; attend techno-commercial discussions & negotiations.
Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan.
Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads.
Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings.
Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies.
Track performance of all marketing campaigns.
Analyze data to identify sales opportunities, Generate timely sales reports and Help forecast revenue targets.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
