Mrs. Shivani Sheikh is a accomplished executive with over 28 years of experience in the electrical industry. As the Managing Director of Rajputana Industries, she plays a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening supply chain systems, and ensuring smooth and effective functioning across the organization.

She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical, Honours) from Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur. With her strong technical foundation and extensive financial and strategic expertise, Mrs. Sheikh has consistently contributed to the company’s sustainable growth and long-term vision.

She is deeply committed to corporate social responsibility, ethical governance, and sustainable business practices. Mrs. Sheikh has also been instrumental in developing a highly skilled and motivated team, fostering a culture built on respect, transparency, and collective accountability. Her leadership style—rooted in clear communication and a people-centric approach—has played a significant role in aligning the workforce with Rajputana Industries’ goals.

As Rajputana Industries continues to expand, Mrs. Shivani Sheikh remains focused on driving innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth—further strengthening the company’s position in the industry.

Presently, she holds the position of Whole-time Director on the Boards of Shera Energy Limited. She is also a Director on the Boards of Shera Metal Private Limited, Isha Infrapower Limited and Shera Global Ventures LLP.

Mr. Sheikh Naseem is a visionary leader with a strong track record of driving operational excellence and strategic growth in the electrical industry. As a Director at Rajputana Industries, he brings deep technical insight and exceptional managerial expertise to the organization.

He holds an Honours degree in Engineering from Raipur Engineering College, which forms the foundation of his technical proficiency and analytical approach. Over the years, Mr. Naseem has successfully implemented lean manufacturing principles, leading to substantial cost optimization, increased efficiency, and streamlined production processes.

His leadership has been instrumental in identifying operational bottlenecks, executing impactful process improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. His strategic direction and hands-on involvement continue to strengthen Rajputana Industries’ commitment to quality, reliability, and long-term value creation.

With Mr. Sheikh Naseem’s guidance, Rajputana Industries is well-positioned to achieve its growth objectives and deliver sustained value to all stakeholders.

Presently, he holds the position of Chairman & Managing Director on the Boards of Shera Energy Limited and Whole-time Director of Shera Metal Private Limited. He is also a Director on the Boards of Isha Infrapower Limited, Shera Zambia Limited, Buntingwa Resources Limited and Shera Global Ventures LLP.

Mr. Arpit Kumar Dotasra serves as an Independent Director at Rajputana Industries. He is a Gold Medalist in B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi, Jharkhand.

A member of the Bar Council of Rajasthan since August 2019, he brings around four years of professional experience spanning legal practice and political consultancy. Mr. Dotasra has previously worked as an Associate Political Consultant with Pollxperts Consulting Private Limited, where he managed Assembly Constituency operations across Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, and Rajasthan during the 2018 Assembly Elections. He also served as Parliamentary Constituency Manager for Karakat (Bihar) and Mirzapur (Uttar Pradesh) during the 2019 General Elections.

Presently, he holds the position of Independent Director on the Boards of Shera Energy Limited.

Mr. Vekas Kumar Garg serves as an Independent Director at Rajputana Industries. A qualified Company Secretary, he has been practicing since 2016 under his firm, V. K. Garg & Co. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Commerce from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Mr. Garg is also a registered valuer with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India and is enrolled with the Independent Directors Databank, with registration valid from March 25, 2020 to March 24, 2026.

Presently, he holds the position of Independent Director on the Boards of Shera Energy Limited and Shera Metal Private Limited. He is also a Director on the Boards of Value Plus Insolvency Resolution Professional Private Limited and Girish Foundation.

Mr. Shubham Jain serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Rajputana Industries. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce—where he secured the first position in the University of Rajasthan—and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the same university. He has also completed the Infoedge Certificate of Competency in Computing conducted by NIIT Limited.

Mr. Jain has successfully cleared the Social Auditors Certification Examination conducted by the National Institute of Securities Markets. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Certificate of Practice issued by ICSI.

With extensive experience in secretarial and compliance consultancy, Mr. Jain is a Partner at G&J Associates, a practicing company secretaries firm offering comprehensive secretarial and compliance services. He also provides professional services through his sole proprietorship, CS Shubham Jain.

Presently, he holds the position of Independent Director on the Boards of Shera Energy Limited, Adon Agro Commodities Limited, Rajnandini Fashion India Limited, Udaan Paper Industries Limited, Beharji Dealers Private Limited and Avi Lifestyle Limited. He is also Non-Executive Non-Independent Director on the Boards of All Together Services Private Limited.

Mr. Anil Rander is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of distinguished experience in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, strategic investments, capital markets, business transformation, and corporate governance.

During his career, he has held senior leadership positions with Tech Mahindra, Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI), and Inspira Enterprise India Limited, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. He has successfully led domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, strategic investments, fundraising initiatives, financial restructuring, treasury, enterprise risk management, and digital finance transformation projects. He has also played a key role in strengthening governance frameworks, enhancing shareholder value, and supporting high-growth businesses through strategic financial leadership.

Mr. Rander currently serves as Senior Partner at B2I Platforms Pvt. Ltd., where he advises promoters, boards, and investors on business transformation, capital raising, M&A, and strategic growth. His extensive experience across listed

companies, technology businesses, and growth-stage enterprises, combined with his expertise in finance, governance, and board oversight, will further strengthen the Board of Rajputana Industries Limited.

Presently, he holds the position of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director on the Boards of Shera Energy Limited.
